In connection with your interest in STM tokens acquisition and using of Streamity products and services we outline ongoing obligations of Streamity PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the «Company») to you in respect of how the Company manages your Personal Information.

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information the Company collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and fax numbers. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone and fax, by email, via the Site, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources and from third parties. The Company doesn’t guarantee website links or policy of authorized third parties. The Company collects your Personal Information for the primary purposes of selling STM tokens to you and enabling you to use Streamity products and services with no technical, or operational complications and in a cost- efficient manner. When the Company collects Personal Information the Company will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why the Company is collecting the information and how the Company plans to use it.

If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact the Company in writing. The Company will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information, the Company may require identification from you before releasing the requested information. Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information It is an important for the Company that your Personal Information is up to date. The Company will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to- date. If you find that the Company uses the information that is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as possible so we can update our records and ensure the Company can continue to provide quality services to you.
